Expertise:

Linda Rubey is Braaten Health's Director of Finance and Human Resources where she supports administration services for all facilities and employees throughout the organization.  She has over 20 years of leadership experience with qualifications in accounting, human resources, customer service, marketing, operations, process improvement and sales.  Linda's professional background in business operations is varied and includes experience in small to large organizations in printing and advertising, manufacturing, construction, and service industries.

Linda wears many hats at Braaten Health.  She especially enjoys her role as change agent in the midst of health care reform that impacts the need for improving customer service and creating new opportunities for staff development and growing our imprint on the community. 

Education:

Linda earned her BA in Accounting and Business Administration from Marycrest College in Davenport. She also holds certifications in MBA Management from St. Ambrose University, Davenport and Human Resource Management (HRM) from Eastern Iowa Community College District.   She is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management and local Great River Human Resource Association.

Interests:

Linda and her English Springer Spaniel, Josie, are Davenport residents and her three children, son-in-law, two granddaughters, and two granddogs live in the Muscatine and Iowa City areas.  She is a passionate volunteer in the community and she also enjoys gardening, redecorating and preserving old homes, antiquing, reading, music, movies, and live theater.
